    Help me plzz

    My cpu is intel atom D425 @1.8 and it came with 2gb ram . I purchased my pc in 2007 . I purchased a ram ddr3 4 gb ram. Its speed is 1600mhz . But when i put it in my cpu my pc never starts . Plz help if there is anything is there that i can do .
