    I upgraded to windows 8.1 and my explorer stopped running on startup. I could still get to task manager and open explorer but only in "admin mode". But it has to run without being admin for me to get into pc settings. Any help?

    Today i built my first pc. I use a gigabyte z97 gaming 5 motherboard and a corsair cx600m but i cant turn it on to test it. When i push the two ON switches nothing happens. Pls Help
