It's completely off and when I try to turn it on it turns off by itself 5 sec later, Don't know if this has to do with anything but the ez debug led will go from cpu, to ram, to gpu the it goes back to the cpu light and the second it does it turns off

Motherboard is MSI Z270 tomahawk opt boost Slots 1 & 3 or occupied, idk what breadboarded is Psu isn't it cause I got a new one and did smae thing

I've had this pc for about 2 months and one day I got hkme and it just turned on for like 5 seconds and then turned back off, I've tried troubleshooting it for the past 2 weeks and can't fix it. Note: if cpu power is unplugged it stays on and if all ram is out it stays on I have no idea what...
