Question Pc turns on and off

I've had this pc for about 2 months and one day I got hkme and it just turned on for like 5 seconds and then turned back off, I've tried troubleshooting it for the past 2 weeks and can't fix it.

Note: if cpu power is unplugged it stays on and if all ram is out it stays on

I have no idea what to do and it's not psu cause I got a brand new one because I thought that was the issue

MSI gtx 1060 3gb
(2×4gb) patriot viper ram

1 Western Digital 7200 rpm 1T

Make and model of your motherboard? Is the system breadboarded? Which slots have you populated the rams with? Have you tried a different PSU to rule out a faulty unit?

Motherboard is MSI Z270 tomahawk opt boost
Slots 1 & 3 or occupied, idk what breadboarded is
Psu isn't it cause I got a new one and did smae thing

Does it turn on from sleep mode the goes back to sleep or does it completely turn off?

It's completely off and when I try to turn it on it turns off by itself 5 sec later,
Don't know if this has to do with anything but the ez debug led will go from cpu, to ram, to gpu the it goes back to the cpu light and the second it does it turns off
