I bought the PSU new back in 2021. BIOS version is currently Version 4802(I had just updated it a couple weeks ago, and apparently a new version was released a few days ago). I don't think I did anything with CMOS at the time. For GPU, I think I have tried DDU and it didn't seem to change things.

I use the NVIDIA Control Panel to manage my displays. I actually had just reinstalled it since I changed graphics cards last week. The old card was a GTX 3060, and before anyone asks, my current problem also existed with that card as well.

I just got back an extra monitor I had lent out, and was looking to set up dual monitors for the first time ever. However, my video card only has one DVI port. I thought maybe something would work if I used the DVI port from the computer's onboard card, but I'm not really sure if that's possible...

I.....think the problem is fixed now. While waiting for a response, I did some Googling and in one instance, someone said that the program, Daemon Tools, is known for causing issues such as this. So I uninstalled that(as well as a couple nVidia programs still left in my Installed Programs list...

I did all that. I ran Driver Sweeper twice, and it didn't pick up anymore AMD/nVidia drivers. I put in the new card and installed its drivers, and I'm STILL getting BSOD on startup.

I can. I actually have the old card installed right now, and the computer rolled back to before uninstalling any drivers(the card is perfectly fine. It's just not as powerful as the new one).

After the BSOD, the computer tries to restart, and then it gives me that message of "Do you want to run System Restore, or start Windows normally?". Trying to start normally hits me with the BSOD again, and it just continues like that until I System Restore.
