mediafire and mega, but i've this problem with any site. i can download only small files. i've no problem with downloads with a VPN but the speed is low.

Scanned with malwarebytes and 0 malware. I tried incognito mode and remove all the extensions ,it doesn't work I've uninstalled the antivirus I don't know what else to do :(

Yes, i've no issues with other devices. I can download games from steam with no problems, but i can't download anything from internet

I can' t download anything from browsers, everytime the download starts and after few second the speed drops to 0 and it says "Download Failed- Network Error". i'm on Ethernet and i've already updated the drivers. I can download the same files with other devices. Does anyone know how to fix this?
