I don't mean to be braindead but I still can't find it... I don't think I have the option...

I can't see the tab that says RGB, i'm in the "Change Resolutions" tab under 'Display" but all I can find is a list of the resolutions, a customize button and "Desktop color depth"

I changed my settings all to the NVIDIA settings and switched the Dynamic range to full, I can't find any settings on Netflix to change the video quality.

Up and down, didn't do anything, unless I did it wrong and have to restart my computer each time I adjust a setting

Netflix, Youtube, Etc (Online), I'm really concerned as it's annoying but I don't want to have to buy a new PC part, I have another problem with my computer at the moment and can't figure that out either... I just want to figure out what's wrong so I can enjoy playing games and watching media...

Whenever I'm watching a video that has frames that are in the dark, I get weird pixelation that I can't seem to get rid of, no matter what, this doesn't happen when i'm playing games and whatever else. Monitor / GPU specs : ViewSonic VA2445 SERIES NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960

There isn't very much dust in the chassis at all, i'll check what cooler I have right now, sorry if i'm wasting your time...

I just don't know what's happening, it'll hit a random 100 and turn to crap and I can't do anything about it when it happens.

It hasn't hit 100 yet, I knew this sort of thing would happen, I have a problem and can't prove it.
