I managed to get 703! With stable core temps (70 c max) running at 4.5! If no problems are encountered I think Ill run it like this.

I went into the utility and did what you said and let my cpu run at 4.4 on all 4 cores and I saw an increase in cinebench up to 685! The max core temp I saw on any core was 65. Do you think I need to adjust the voltage or am i alright leaving it. Thanks

Yeah I do notice that, but the thing is since im playing at 1440p ultra in a lot of games my gpu is at 100% as well....so I guess thats a positive? but yeah sometimes the cores are at 100% in games...

Highest core temp was 55 degrees Celsius on core #2. I just recently upgraded from a HDD to an SSD so yes windows has recently been installed. I am running windows 10 Home.

UPDATE after some further testing I have discovered that the chip is boosting to 4GHZ on all 4 cores under complete load instead of 4.2. Im sure this is a reason for why my 7600k is performing worse then others. But how do I unlock its ability to fully boost to 4.2 as advertised?
