Is there any way to control my fan speeds? I have a rog strix z370-e gaming mother board and 2 corsair sp input fans and corsair af exit fans

ALot of people told me to first check is my harddrive is online when i go into disk managemewnt and it is however i cant defrag my main 1tb harddrive since i dont see it when i open up optimize divices and thus i can optimize (defrag my hard drive). HELP!!!!

Will my i7-8700k be bottle necked by my 1060 6gb msi ocvi1 graphics card? Im on a budget so i want to get the best performance off my cpu but i dont know what i should buy thats not over 350.

Okay so i just bought an msi 1060 6gb ocv1 (single fan) graphics card for 225. I think its a reallly good deal so should i keep my graphics card or should i sell it for more money thann wait for the nex new geforce graphics card to be out then by a 1070 after the prices drop?

I basically built a new computer with decent specs and i got a new keyboard as well the following specs include... i7 8700k corsair vengeance 2x8 (3200) asus rog stric z370 650ww corsair power supply logitech g810 orium spectrum Now the problem is that whenever i first press the power button...

Basically i have 1 hd which is 1 tb and 2 ssd (samsung evo 850 - 250gb and samsung evo 860 - 250gb) however the evo 860 wont work and i dont see it on disk management. pleasee help!
