Just updated with the info, its so strange, it doesnt happen in games only on the desktop. I also just reset my pc and removed all the files, it was fine for 15 minutes then the issue came straight back.

I am failing the other tests as well though including the temperature test as one of them and two others, also what files could be missing? My friend recently built a new computer the same time as me and his same cpu passes all the tests perfectly.
