    Blue screen from Google Chrome Legacy shows up when I try to move a Chrome tab

    Title pretty much says it all. All of a sudden I cannot move tabs or else windows goes to chrome legacy (which is just a blank screen with my theme color). The tab disappears from chrome and cannot be reopened. What do I do?

    "ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR" is what I am seeing. It is making certain sites unreachable and is preventing user-images on sites to not show up. How do I fix this? I have not changed a single thing since last night when it was working fine.
