I bought a GA-970A-UD3P motherboard and a AMD FX 4130 yesterday. I installed both and hit the power button. Everything comes on, lights up, fans spin, etc. But it simply does not post. I can put my Phenom II in and it will post with no issues. Now then, I don't think its the CPU itself...

Make a socket mATX AM3+ with a 970 or 990FX? They sure as heck make awesome MB's for Intel - Z77? In order to get everything you want for AM3+, you HAVE no option but to go full ATX, and that's just wrong! I do not need nor want dual GPU's, but I do want a stable mATX with the features I want...

My budget is around $700. Take into mind I already have the case and I have a Radeon 6850 video card. I would consider upgrading the video card to perhaps a 7850, but not any of the rebranded cards like the 270x or the like as they are just too expensive because of the use for mining.
