Question Should i keep using my 2080 super or upgrade?

I would suggest holding the horses until Nvidia unveils the new RTX 40 Series. Then you would have more choices for an upgrade. 2080 Super still has a lot of juice, I have many friends still keeping a 1080ti and loving it.

Your CPU is perfectly fine. I wonder how much RAM you have? Anyways there can be 2-3 reasons 1) Your Previous Drivers Download DDU(Display Driver Uninstaller) and completely uninstall GPU Drivers and then install latest drivers. 2) Your Hard drive(If your games are on mechanical or your...

Is it normal for a CPU to get this hot under these conditions ?

Unfortunatley, Stock coolers are not that good with modern day clock speeds. Buy a good aftermarket cooler if you are planning to overclock. Please keep in mind that synthetic benchmarks puts the load on processor in a way that no daily use application would ever put, so the temps you are...

Sapphire Nitro + RX 570 Overclocking!!

Every card is different so it all depends upon luck. it might or might not go beyond but you can find the maximum clock. Overclocking is hit and trial so i would suggest that, if your current overclock is stable and you are not having any issues (i.e temps, artifacts etc.) then make it base...

    Overclocked GTX 1070 temperature

Temps are fine considering your overclock. Little suggestion from my side that crank up the "Power Limit" slider to 115-120% that will also help you in getting stable overclock. If your overclock is stable then no harm.

Can my 500 w PSU handle a gtx 1070 (Asus dual)

500 watts would be enough to handle one 1070. For 1070 SLI you would need at least 650 or above to accommodate the load. Take a look here. http://www.guru3d.com/articles-pages/nvidia-geforce-gtx-1070-review,8.html

XPS 8700 graphics card upgrade to GeForce GTX 780

There shouldn't be any problem upgrading to GTX 780. Your system is perfectly compatible as you've got a decent i7 with 16gb of ddr3 ram. But rather than going for 780, go for 970 as it's way cheaper but gives better performance.

    Will i7 960 bottleneck 2 r9 290 crossfire??

I Don't think so that you're gonna face any bottleneck or performance difference in terms of gaming if you use 2x R9 290's with current processor. It's still a better option. I know some guys who own 2x 780Ti with Core i7 920 and they don't have any problem what so ever. You won't see any perf...

Dual core at 3ghz or Core i3 at 1.8 ghz??

Dual Cores are rare these days and it's a 3-4 years old technology and frequency doesn't matters if you're comparing a technology that has released 4 years back with the new technology. Core i series is much more power efficient and also performs multitasking better than dual core ones. Also it...
