I tried the keyboard in both usb 2.0 and 3.0 in the other pc, it works perfectly. Still the same problem in mine, it can be from my pc thanks anyway

Its "HID Keyboard Device" i dont think its generic i didn't install any software for it and i tried another usb port but still the same problem and the "on screen keyboard" doesn't lag at all, im going to try this keyboard in my friend's pc
