I recently bought r510jx and i can play most games in 1920x1080 in medium even GTA V .So for me its ok. This i7-4720HQ is a beast .It can handle almost any task:). So any laptop is good EXCEPT r510 has no backlight keybrd and a useless VGA camera:(.So decide Cheers!

maybe its some background services .open up task manager and see whats eating the cpu :).How do say it is "always at 100%" as the pc will auto reboot is the cpu is stressed soo much or might hang.DID it happen before u clean??(like more than 75 percent cpu usage when left idle)

Yakrov is right.consider a branded monitor and dont buy ones from ebay .Newegg is the best option.the best monitor brands for the price are ASUS and BenQ.Especially used in league gaming:)) anything other than this will probabay costly for the same features.Hope it helps...

Last resort is to do a clean install of the current version of windows u are running.If u use windows 8.1 then go to top right corner>settings>Change PC settings>then go to update and recovery and choose what u need .I prefer to do a clean install because it solves the problem 100! Cheers!

try DNS 8.8.8.8 for primary .It is a google DNS.Then if all fails try a new ethernet cable and run network troubleshooter and see the exact error:) Cheers!

Better replace the monitor as it might be an issue with the screen itself or u might want to reset the settings of ur monitor using the settings on the monitor buttons.Hope this helps:)

U might want to check out the Radeon r9 280 or 285 if u have the budget or wait for the newer gen r9 280 which is releasing soon .what is the exact budget btw?
