So I just got the rx580 instead of my gtx 960 and I am getting a bottleneck even tho I checked online and this setup should have been fine ,my gpu usage is low ( way under 90 in some games ) but my cpu is always on 99% or around 90 , does it make sense ? can it be a software problem ?

Basically any headphones I plug into my pc sounds very low and I have to use room correction , equalizer and more to get a decent sound , recently got brand new hyperx cloud core and still got low volume so I plugged the headphones into my laptop and into my iPhone and got way louder volume ...

i5 4690 , 10gb ram , gtx960 2gb , h81m-k , 500gb hdd , win10. PC suddenly boots slowly (~5 minutes ) when it used to boot in like 40~50 seconds , scanned for viruses using NOD32 nothing found , no performance issues in games \ idle use . What could it be guys ?

So i got this card and saw that i can oc it . saw some guides and tried my self , my pc is : i5 4690 gigabyte gtx960 g1 MOBO :h81m-k and 8gb ram added 165+ for gpu clock and 500 to memory clock . benchmarked on heaven benchmark 4.0 and got same results before and after oc , any idea guys ? ...
