You're pc is a notebook it can not support an and gpu... Amd doesnt really make notebook gaming gpus nvidia does so I guess it's and integrated graphics there is no way to fix this because it is impossible

If it is a newer card it may not support it self with a vga cable.try upgrading to a hdmi or displayport cable

I would go with a r9 270 its a little overkill but it should do the trick.. It can run some games in 1080p too
