Never mind guys I sorted it out. Downloaded driver booster and updated all of my drivers, after that a clean 90mb download speed.

Still can't get my pc to connect to WiFi in safe mode, any suggestions?

I tried booting into safe mode but that doesn't allow me to connect to the WiFi through the wireless adapters because they don't show up in safe mode Is there a way to connect to WiFi in safe mode?

I've searched around for that program and I can't find it nor do I remember installing it, However I Definantly do think a similar program may be installed as I bought the pc prebuilt. Any suggestions?
