I assume u have 1080p monitor (reso also matters) but depending on the game u should be able to obtain ~30+ - 40+ fps (high / maybe a few ultra settings / if u dont crank antialising settings all way up). Btw u can find a lot of videos on youtube with various i5 4th gen + gtx 950.

Well as the guy above mentioned to get all cores @ 3.6 u will need to do some overclocking (bios), because by default this cpu runs: @3.6 ghz (1 core), @3.5 ghz (2 cores), @3.4ghz (3 cores) and @3.3ghz (4cores).

No its not automatic, by default it is set to gaming mode. But u can change it to oc (manualy using a program for example asus gpu tweak which u might find on asus web. When u install it u will see modes 1, 2, 3, 4 etc. If I am correct O = oc mode, so u just press it and u are done).
