I actually take back what I said, it only worked for about a day or two and now its back to the FPS drop. I tried defragging it again but that didn't work. RIP. I'm planning on dusting it soon though and if it still doesn't work a GPU & CPU replacement should.

The AMD FX8350 is old. Use a more newer processor. And if you want to save money, go for quad-core instead, as it's most likely a better choice. Also, I don't know why you have two SSD's for that little amount of storage. I personally recommend using 1 SSD and another regular internal hard drive...
