All of my drivers are up to date. Tried the 2 vga slots on my gpu and without. I think you guys are right it's probably my monitor as I can still see it with my monitor not plugged at anything

I have a problem with my gpu i get like a ~20cm line on my monitor on idle. It's a 1920x1080 resolution monitor not sure what the hert rate is. Any solution on how to fix this?

Actually with or without V-sync there's like a small 10cm line on my monitor. Idk if its my monitor though. And when I start up my computer everytime I always see it.
