Low Fps on dota2

Solution
If your game plays fine without V-Sync on then go without. I don't use V-Sync I hate bottle-capping my FPS Plus performance dips scale backwards so if you're running 120FPS without V-Sync and something happens and you drop to 60 FPS that would be 60FPS with V-Sync on and drop to 30FPS. V-Sync is only necessary if your getting screen tearing that's all it's there for.

Keep V-sync on, the whole point is so that your computer doesn't run at unnecessarily high fps. You don't need higher than 60fps on any game. It should feel super smooth at that speed already. V-sync also stops screen tearing, so that your game doesn't have terrible horizonal lines going across the screen because the refresh rate on your monitor isn't high enough to keep up with the frame being rendered every second.

Actually with or without V-sync there's like a small 10cm line on my monitor. Idk if its my monitor though. And when I start up my computer everytime I always see it.

Try using a different cable to connect your monitor to your computer, if it's still there, connect your monitor to your laptop, and if it's still there, I'm just gonna assume your monitor has an issue and would recommend looking into it.
