My main monitor (one with the issue) is 144hz while the others are both at 60hz, changed main to 60hz and doesn't seem to change anything. I have read a few sources of people having similar issues while using DP, changing to DVI and the issue being fixed which would line up with whats going on...

May not be much help but this is kinda what happening on a lot of text and objects, the red and blue outlines on stuff making it feel like I should be wearing 3D glasses

Finally got done with this, borrowed my friends RM750 power supply today and tested it out with a clean install of the newest driver and I'm still getting the same visual bugs :(

Hi thanks for the response :) Previously I had a Ryzen 7 2700X + GTX 1060 6GB, made sure to update BIOS version to 6042 before upgrading to the 5600X. Can't remember exactly how old the PSU is, I'd say around 3 years.
