Gsync enabled? If you have a GSync panel and it's a 60hz monitor it won't go above 60fps with GSync turned on. I actually had this happen to me when I first played with my new Titan X and ROG SWIFT. Took me a few mins to figure out I needed to change the screen to 144hz.

Also, if I raise the multiplier in the bios and don't even touch the VCore, it automatically raises my VCore according to AI Suite. Why is it doing this? How can I manually overclock my system if it's changing my voltage for me.

I lower my VCore to 1.22 in the bios and then check CPU-Z. CPU-Z shows the 1.22 VCore amount that I just set it to in the bios. When I open AI Suite however it keeps showing that my voltage is 1.32.
