    When I am trying to copy files using Command Prompt, I have to use dir /x and copy the short name because it never finds the file name listed in dir. How can i fix this issue.

    When I run cmd as Administrator its shows WINDOWS\System32. There is only one user on the PC and that user is the Administrator.

    Through run command or just searching command prompt. If I click into my C Drive it's also the same format. E.g. C Drive, users, user. No actual name.
