Okay thanks, i'll let him know when he gets back to me. I thought with a factory reset it would have been fine for him to access until he set his own password.

It runs on windows 10 and I never logged back in once reset. I have asked the buyer to send me a picture of the screen to see what it says when he tries to log in. Still awaiting a response from him.

I sold a laptop which the buyer received on 8th August. I factory reset and checked it before sending and now today 3rd September the buyer says he cannot get into the laptop as it's locked to previous owner and he needs my log in details. I'm certainly not sending my log in but is this...
