    Well then the motherboard is damaged. If you do a CMOS reset and it dosent work something is broken on the motherboard

    Could be. Yes :) If temperatures actually were 118c you would feel your chassi to be extremly warm. since your cpu is only 33c which is great for 7700k i Think you sholdnt worry :)

    Go to BIOS and se what temps u get in there, Could be that mobo dosent have temp sensor why it shows 118c

    The air cooler that comes with ryzen 5 3600 is not good. It is known for high temp.

    Obviously the PSU is faulty. I would replace it asap before it could do any harm.

    Yes :) Lower voltage = lower temp. Try to aim for as low voltage as possible while stabel. For 4.3 GHZ maby 1.25 voltage is enough instead of 1.3 voltage? Try :) Could lower temps by 5 celcius.

    I have i7-6700k which is also a skylake processor. I have the same results as you. This is the temps after 30 minutes of gaming in Warzone on maxed out settings : Core1=62 Core2=78 Core3=59 Core4=59 I have been doing some research. It seems pretty common that Core 2 runs hotter than the others...

    I run mine at 4.3 ghz with 1.15 core voltage :) stock voltage is 1.2 so 1.15 is alot of undervoltage but still stabel on overclocked 4.3 ghz :)
