See if you a friends computer a use it to check if it really is a DOA. 3 in a row? That doesn't sound right.

Check what your primary video device is in the bios PCI Express PCI Integrated It should give you those options, Set it the PCI Express. Those setting should change themselves if you got a new card. And the fact that It isn't detected at all, makes it seem like a DOA.

I don't use it for gaming. I know usb 2.0 is too slow. I want to know why it slows the rest of my displays down.

Check that you have all power cables attached. Check some bios settings If those fail then you might have a DOA

A friend gave me a (see2 uv150) Usb to Vga adaptor and well it sucks. I pulled out a 3 monitor to use with it. It works ok with internet stuff. In games it slows everything down. (No it is not the one displaying the game.) I believe that it is the drivers for it cause if I unplug it my games...

You could argue that it is overheating, but they might just say no cause it only does it while overclocked (turboboost). AMD and Intel don't cover things when it comes to overclocks. Cause you are technically running the machine out of it's standard.

Yes they do, but they should go back up when it does begin to get stressed. Mine don't, I have run prime 95 while they have throttled they still won't go back up.
