My Ram is 1200mhz each so is that still not a problem

will my ASUS GTX 1070Ti Strix Edition bottleneck with my CPU i5-7500 3,40Mhz. Because i get 100% cpu usage when ingame and it starts bothering my other applications in the background it starts to mess with the sound and macking it crackle. it makes like a crakling noise when it is hitting 100%...

Ive just got one question and it is that i have a 500W PSU GOLD and a i5-7500 and a GTX 1070Ti Asus Strix. Is the PSU to weak and does it have a effect on how the CPU performs in long terms ???

They are all up to date

It is at a okay temp, and i tried to turn off all the programs that runs over 1 % while in game and it still went to a 100% But how do i check the CPU Speed ??
