Had it for a few months, suddenly it stopped working. No earlier problems.

I cant push back the GPU i've tried

The little hatch is stuck, it wont budge no matter how hard I push it

I tried removing my gpu from my mobo but forgot to open the little hatch first and now it's stuck. I searched online on what to do but nothing works :/ Please let me know if you have any clue on what to do.

So I recently bought a pc with an unlicenced Windows 10 and at first everything worked fine. But after I restarted it (for the first time) my screen stayed black and only my cursor appears. Anybody know what I gotta do to fix this?
