UPDATE: After a bit searching and talking with other people with the same card, apparently this card is really just this hot, I've managed to undervolt it to 990mv from 1150mv and set a custom fan curve to reach 100% at 85 degrees. Temps during most games hover around 60c-65c

forgot to mention that the card is already repasted with GC Gelid Extreme and no temp difference had been found
