Hello, I was looking at the corsair iCUE H60x, and i have never worked with liquid coolers before. So my question is, if those coolers need to be refilled, or filled on first install or something? Thanks

Update: Updating the BIOS doesnt change anything at all and the fans still go crazy after a moment.
