[SOLVED] Why is my PC not giving out any Video Signal?

Hello,

I've been trying to upgrade the CPU in a PC which is currently the i5-2500 to a i5-3350P,
the GPU in the PC is the GTX 1630 by msi.

(I know its a weird config, pls dont ask)

But now when I try to put the CPU in, and start the PC,
it goes on, all the fans spin, but it doesnt give me any video output, and then after a moment or so, the powersupply fan goes crazy fast.

Also, the PC is a old office prebuild, its the HP Compaq 8200 Elite Convertable Minitower.

Is the CPU not compatable with the MB? Or am i doing something else wrong?

Could it also just be that the cpu is broken? But it didnt give me any Beep codes

3rd generation CPU's are NOT supported on that platform and cannot be made to run. The best you can do is an i7-2600, assuming the BIOS supports it.

If you look in the second BIOS update, it says "Provides latest Intel Microcode versions 0x2F for Sandy Bridge processors. " do i maybe have to install that for it to work?

But its also only Win 7, since i cant select Win 10 for that pc, does it matter?

According to Windows, the current Version is v02.15

Update: Updating the BIOS doesnt change anything at all and the fans still go crazy after a moment.
