Hello, Using frame limiter reduced the stutter by, I would say, about 40 %, BUT with vsync OFF.( Now there is screen tearing). Stutter visible only when moving the mouse slowly. Not visible if I move the mouse fast.

Just want to rule out any hardware failure. I will try with display port cable and using a wired mouse. Using controller and low latency mode gives slight improvement but still stutters. Directly from the microsoft website.

Yes, I've tried all those combinations but nothing changes.Noted a slight improvement in some games when the low latency mode is turned on in the nvidia control panel.

Also, I think it's worth mentioning that there used to be a coil whine from the psu, but after disabling c-state in bio its almost gone.
