Question Help! Games crash after opening till game menu.

Hello,

My PC specs:
MSI Z390 Gaming Pro Carbon AC
intel i7-9700k
MSI GEFORCE RTX 2070
EVGA 750 BQ
1 TB SSD

Problem:
Games open but don't run and crash.

What I tried:
Clean install of Nvidia drivers and Windows. Dusted PC.
Ran User Benchmark test, all hardware was fine except GPU which crashed or recorded extremely low FPS.

Observations:
GPU doesn't appear to be drawing power.
Games open for a bit and crash as soon as GPU fan starts rotating.
Some times green dots appear when games are opened.

Could be your GPU, could be your paperweight PSU. Best to take it to a professional for testing.

It’s a new PSU. The old one died. The issue is there since replacing.

Well that explains it, that PSU is garbage. Not even fit to power a GPU
