So I was assembling my Ryzen 5 1600 onto my motherboard but when I took out the cooler I accidentally smudged the thermal paste with my finger. Should I remove this thermal paste and apply a new compound or should I leave it? Here's a pic: https://imgur.com/4AILJgP

I was originally thinking about buying the Zotac amp, but I read quite a few negative reviews under the product, and some people seemed to have the card die on them. So I ask you, is there a difference between these three cards? They are almost the same price, so what is different about them...
