Question Can someone help identify blown component on Zotac RTX 2060 ?

Update: So I just removed the cap and the top pad seems to be torn off with a little bit left. Do you think it can still work? Here is an image of the area. I am almost 95% sure that I did everything right in the removal process; heat it up to the point where the cap starts to slide off +...

Question Can someone help identify blown component on Zotac RTX 2060 ?

Hi ChumP... so if you are sure it is a capacitor (MLCC cap) I can then try to do what you just said; test the similar looking cap to check it's values. Alternatively, before I attempt that, I was thinking maybe I can pull off a similar looking cap from the 1070 I have, maybe they might work...

PC freezing due to mobile call or sms data

@ Hellfiire13 - There are no wireless cards attached to the PC. - The system is usually run with the side cover and is in the up-right (as shown in video) position. Those links you sent me look promising. I will give those a try and post back my results. Thank you.

PC freezing due to mobile call or sms data

A client of mine brought a PC to fix because it was acting very weird. The client has a backup Nokia flash-light phone (Nokia 100). If he gets a call on that phone while near this PC, the PC just freezes. This happens in the bios menu or in Windows 10. I myself tested it out and I can verify...
