Arma 3 Low fps single player with highend rig
As the previous guy said the game is badly optimized my favorite youtuber has a better GPU and CPU yet still gets around the same fps as you this theres no way to really fix this issue because its the engines fault -

Keep in mind that server's may have high ping and the more players the more stress it puts on your CPU and other components as well. and even know arma 3 is a fairly new game its still not the best of optimization. the previous games (Arma2 and Arma2OA) were not optimized at all my pc always ran...
