so yep i did those tests cpu- single thread i got 511 and i test fps on 1280x960 i got 393fps with 1024x768 i got 404fps

if you gain 20fps in cod, it means i can gain even more in cs go, after all main reason i want upgrade is becouse of streaming. with obs nvenc i have around 130fps drop and it feels crapy not smooth at all thats why i think to try upgrading to abit more powerful cpu

thank you for advise ,will try when get home. im already playing only on 1280x960 tried before different resolutions for example if i switch to 1080p 16:9 i lose just very small amount of fps if i switch lets say to 1024x768 i gain like 5fps

any better options? becouse its my last ever build, and now im 99% sure i cant use full potential of 3060ti even if i stream using gpu i have huge drop from avg 400fps to avg280-300fps or if i play community servers i have huge drops from 400fps cap to 230-280fps
