Right now I have a prebuilt pc with an I5-4460, Gtx 750ti, a 1tb 7200rpm hdd and 8gb of ddr3 ram. I'm thinking of getting a gtx 1060 and getting 16gb of ddr3 ram. Is this a bad idea? I'm not sure if my cpu is capable but if I upgrade my cpu then I need a new motherboard and therefore new ddr4...

Can someone put together a build which would support Vega 56(no bottlenecks) in the 1.5k range(Canadian). Ryzen or Intel cpu doesn't matter only things that are important are 16gb of ddr4 ram and Vega 56 included in the build! I'm looking to play at 1080p 60fps at maxed out settings! Thanks!
