Took out the cmos battery and put it back in, and reseated gpu 2 times and it worked. If it crashes again or if it needs to get booted twice to work properly i will make another post but if anyone has an idea of why does this happen please reply.

Reinstalled driver to reccomended version using ddu and problem still persists.

I have managed to resolve my booting problem, but the black screen crashes persist. The driver was updated using amd radeon software updater.
