Hi, I have a Dell XPS 15Z (L511z) with a 2nd gen i7 CPU. I want to upgrade it to a i7 3rd gen CPU. The laptop is currently running bios version A05 but version A12 is available. Can I upgrade the CPU to a 3rd gen i7? Will I need to update the bios, and if so, to which version do you recommend.
