Is i7-13700k really bad even though it heats up?

Successfully updated bios to 2212 and booted into windows with i3 12th gen. Still nothing with i7-13700k.

I'll try updating bios and report back.

At first the 12th gen did not post after switching back from 13th gen. I got it to boot now windows after building outside case. That's why i wrote it as an update.

1620 - the one supporting 13th gen. I've got the i3 to boot windows again. The bios version 1620 is running fine. I'll try to install Intel ME which has been recommended another place.
