    try removing one of the ram sticks and check if the issue persists... before that check your 24pin and your cpu power connector, make sure they're properly seated before that check the power cable going into the psu, make sure it's fully seated (and on the wall) L.E. check each cable on the psu...

    PRSNT1# and PRSNT2# pins must be slightly shorter than the rest, to ensure that a hot-plugged card is fully inserted. it's fine, that first image is a "render" image of the card, they didnt bother to check what the actual pins will be like.

    i'm sorry, i disagree, that 4790 though a bit old is perfectly adequate with its 4cores/8threads. sure, there are better options but he'd be spending a lot on the whole combo to get small improvements... if you really need the extra performance just get a big cpu cooler and oc the heck out of...
