I'm looking for a good z170 motherboard under 200 dollars. I am looking for a motherboard which can overclock very good, has SLI and good reviews. Can you guys please recommend me some good z170 motherboards? (preferably under 175 dollars)

So I was looking for a good motherboard and I saw a second-hand asus maximus motherboard for a cheap price. Is it smart to buy second-hand motherboards and what should I ask the buyer to make sure the motherboard is fully operational and not damaged in any way? Pls help!
