need more help from you guys. suggestions or solutions?

i restarted my pc and i ran hwmonitor upon start up. cpu temps stays at 60c then i tried to play farmville 2, temp went up to 80c. after 5 minutes temp suddenly went up to 255c.

could it be the board, cpu or psu thats causing the lag?
