The ram specified as supported seems very basic, I just dont understand how a motherboard would not support all ddr4 at same speed

Hi, I am using a pre build medion p20 bandit, came with samsung 16gb ddr4 ram 3200hmz which runs at full speed. I tried to install Consair Vengance rgb pro ddr4 32gb ram 3200mhz into motherboard. Only running at 1064.1mhz per stick. Motherboard: B660H7-M20 There is no XMP settings on the bios...
