The BIOS is a custom one from SCAN Computers to factory overclock the computer. I don't think I can change it without losing the overclocking.

A minimum of 1080p and 144 Hz. It's mostly for gaming so I believe a TN panel is best (?). Hope this helps?

Is it worth over clocking? Was looking at Asus Z170 Pro Gamer motherboard, 16 GB DDR4 3000, Corsair H80i watercooling if over clocking with GTX 970. Hopefully about £800.
