What's the point for the existence of fully modular power supplies? I mean, fully modular means that all cables, even the motherboard and CPU power connectors can be disconnected, but it's not possible to use a computer without those two, so they'll be always present, no matter if they can be...

Here's the recommended MINIMUM PSU power requirements for the RX 570: 450W. 25A on the 12V rail. 1x6 pin PCI-E power connector. Check that the PSU complies with all those requirements and you should be fine running that GPU on it. Always remember to buy known brands, not cheap, unknown ones...
