But the hole system shuts down so maybe it's not directly the cpu, also the ram status lights are on, and also these are on the mayority of the time (sorry if I say something stupid, but I don't really know)

Yes, I have a hyper 212 evo cooler master and I did all the steps, also my cpu is not overclocked yet.

Also it stays on about 20 seconds, than turns off, and right when the fans stop moving it turns right on
